The K-Pop supergroup Huntr/x, whose music features in the Netflix smash-hit animated movie “KPop Demon Hunters,” made their late-night debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” The group performed their chart-topping single “Golden” in their first full live rendition.The voices behind the main characters—Rumi, Mira, and Zoey—in “KPop Demon Hunters” are brought to life by musical artists EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who sing for the roles. Arden Cho, May Hong, and Ji-young Yoo provide the speaking voices for Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, respectively.
The animated film, which premiered on June 20, quickly became a global phenomenon. By late August, the movie, directed by Chris Appelhans and Maggie Kang, was crowned Netflix’s most-watched film of all time, racking up 236 million views and surpassing the previous record holder, Red Notice.
